THE CHALLENGE

People staying small out of fear

AFL players know what it’s like to be bullied, and they know what a difference crowd support can make. The West Coast Eagles AFLW team wanted their fans to feel the latter.

THE APPROACH

Brave design and storytelling

In ancient cultures, eagles were sacred messengers that rose above trials. So we designed a guernsey that adorned the eagle in colourful feathers to deliver a truth: There’s beauty in the brave. A speech for the team held an extra message: Being true to yourself means the world to your fans. Especially the ones scared to shine.
